By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

  • Be polite when contacting me; a simple “hi” or “hello” before providing commission details is appreciated.

  • Provide clear references for characters, poses, and designs to avoid confusion and help improve speed and quality.

  • Do not claim or sell the artwork as your own without commercial rights.

  • Do not request cancellations after payment has been made.

  • Do not remove or alter the watermark unless commercial usage is purchased.

  • Full payment is required upfront before work begins; payments are non-refundable.

  • Additional fees may apply for: complex designs, multiple props, difficult requests, or special requests.

  • Commercial rights purchase: 100% of the original price (unless included), and +200% for merchandise usage.

  • Cancellation is not permitted after payment is received.

  • Work begins after full payment, and you will be added to the waitlist.

  • You will receive updates to review progress (depending on the type of commission)

  • Sketch phase: You may request changes (except for YCH commissions).

  • Major edits (pose or outfit changes) after the sketch phase will incur extra fees.

  • Minor revisions (colors, small details like moles) can be requested after sketch approval.

  • Delivery time is estimated but may vary depending on queue, health, or school obligations.

  • Final HD files (JPEG, PNG) will be shared via Google Drive.

  • You may repost commissioned artwork only if you credit me.

  • Copying, altering, or stealing artwork is prohibited.

  • Copyrights remain with me; I retain the right to share the work publicly.

  • Private commissions can be requested. A 50% NDA fee applies and must be agreed upon before starting.
